Monthly Update Form

DUE ON THE SECOND TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH
Let Comms know what you have coming up in your ministry along with ministry wins and how you saw God work in your ministry the previous month! This form is submitted monthly by ministry department leaders.

Before filling out this form, please check the Comms Calendar in Asana, to be sure that all your upcoming events are on out radar. If anything is missing, you’ll be able to add it using this form. Upon receipt, our team will assign a Tier to your promotion or event and assess what methods of communication would best apply.

Ministry & Event Promotion Request Form

If you need promotion for your ministry or an event that is not yet on the Comms Calendar in Asana, please let us know with the following form. Upon receipt of your request, our team will make an assessment of what forms of communication would best apply to your need and when it best fits into the communication calendar.

PLEASE NOTE: Most Ministry & Event Promotions should be submitted through the Monthly Update Form. Please use this form sparingly as a backup for occasionally overlooked events/promotions.

Design + Print Request

For graphic design, this form will walk you through all of your available options.

Example: stanchion signs, business card, t-shirt design, invite card, email header, social media asset, etc.

Timeline:
• Design + Outsourced Print: 4-5 weeks out from need-by
• Design + Internal Print: 2-3 weeks out from need-by
• Digital Design Only: 2 weeks

Website Update Request

Do you need something created, updated, or changed on the website?

Timeline:
• Update Content or Add New Content: 5-10 business days
• Something Broken: will be fixed or corrected as soon as possible

Photography Request

Would you like a photography volunteer to capture your upcoming ministry event?

Timeline:
• Requesting a Photog: 3-4 weeks out from event
• Follow-Up: Photos ready 24 hours following event

Reorder Request

Is there something you’ve had designed in the past and you’re looking to reorder?

Timeline:
• Outsourced Printing: 2-3 weeks from need-by
• Internal Printing: 1-2 weeks from need-by
